What this notice covers

This notice covers the Resolve Operation public website and beta-access form. It describes the handling of inquiries, rather than data you might later enter into the product itself.

What we collect

When you request beta access, we collect your first name, work email, company name, business type, team size, and biggest operational challenge. You can also choose to share your phone number, current system, and a short message.

We record your agreement to be contacted and the submission time. The form also uses timing information, a hidden spam-check field, and a security verification token to help reject automated submissions.

Please leave passwords, payment details, and private information about your customers or employees out of your message.

How your information is used

• Read and respond to your inquiry.
• Understand your business needs and interest in the beta.
• Contact you about beta availability and related follow-up.
• Protect the website and form from spam and misuse.

Submitting the form does not create a product account or enroll you in an automatic sales-email sequence.

Where your information goes

• Cloudflare: provides the website infrastructure and Turnstile security check. Turnstile processes technical signals, such as your IP address and browser information, to distinguish people from bots. Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Resend: processes the form details to deliver an email notification to us, including your work email so we can reply. Read the Resend Privacy Policy.
• Our email provider: stores the notification and any follow-up correspondence in our inbox.

The website does not save beta inquiries in a separate application database. Email copies and provider records can still contain your information.

Website security and tracking

This landing page does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics script. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to operate and protect their services. The security check runs when the beta form loads, even if you do not submit it.

Keeping and removing inquiries

Beta inquiries and follow-up messages are held in our email inbox. Deleting a message from the inbox does not necessarily remove provider delivery records or backups immediately.

You can reply to a beta email to ask us to correct your details, stop contacting you, or delete your inquiry. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
